| "Pure ambrosia" best describes this 100% Nova Scotia Maple Wine. The maple syrup for this delightful, full bodied dessert wine was supplied by Acadian Maple Products. Acadian Maple collected the sap from the vast maple tree stands in the Wentworth Valley. The wonderful maple flavour of this dessert wine can be enjoyed on its own or accompany apple pie or vanilla ice cream. |

| 2009 QUARTET |

| Quartet is a blend of Chardonnay, Vidal, Riesling and Muscat. The grapes are grown at Cajacet Vineyard in Granville Ferry, Nova Scotia, co-owner by Gordon Whatly and Sharon Litz. The wine has a lush tropical nose with complex flavours of pineapple, citrus and mango. Pairs well with rice, pasta and chicken dishes. |

| The grapes for this Marechal Foch wine were grown in the vineyard owned by Marc and Teri Peterson. Vineyard View Farm overlooks the Minas Basin. The wine has been aged in Hungarian oak barrels, resulting in a beautiful dry red wine with soft tannins and rich red berry characteristics. Pairs well with pasta, chicken and beef dishes.
